OBJECTIVE:
Content should be uploaded consistently. Each video/post should be uploaded by 10:00 a.m. weekly Mon-Fri.
ASK ME ANYTHING:
Ask Me Anything is a format where the audience asks a question for you to answer.
OPTION A
Submit the question at the end of all video content to encourage comments. Review questions and create a list that you will answer in future AMA videos, thus creating a series of them.
OPTION B
AMA can be done in a live-stream where people will submit their questions and you can answer them immediatly. This option works well only if you have enough people watching your content regularly and the live-stream is done on the same day/time of every week.
This format is utilized by Attorney Dennis Block on his weekly podcast, where he answers questions through Zoom. Every Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
HOW TO / HOW DOES
How To / Does videos can help SEO on Google/Bing results. Millions of searches are made daily starting with “How To” and “How Does ___ Work”; creating content that answers these questions can result in your profile/page appearing on the search results.

Explain how a viewer can accomplish a goal that is related to homeownership or local exploration.

5-Slide Process
Utilize the carousel feature on IG and FB by creating 5 text images that each have a point. Each image should be accompanied by a relevant photo with text limited to 20 words.

LISTINGS & OPEN HOUSES
SINGLE LISTING:
Content for a single listing, such as Home Tour and Walkthrough should be uploaded as soon as a listing goes live.
UPCOMING OPEN HOUSE:
Single post or short video advertising an upcoming open-house should be uploaded once, but re-shared daily until the day of the open house.
Example:
Open-House on Sunday 12:00 – 4:00 p.m. should have one video/post on Monday, and re-shared as a story every day until Sunday.
COMPILATION:
Once a week, showcase all current and upcoming listings by re-using the media from listing videos. Each listing is highlighted for 10-15 seconds.
The total video should not exceed 60 seconds and can feature homes from other agents.
Each highlight should contain the main specifics of
Price, # Bed/Bath, Home SQFT.
BILINGUAL
Utilize your second language by dedicating ONE video per week in your second language. This can be a unique video, or it can be a translation of a previous video.
